Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Paw Parade

A new Carnival event experience delivered with structure, community connection and room to grow.

RSM was engaged as the official event management team for the inaugural Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Paw Parade, held on 21 September 2025. As a new addition to the Carnival calendar, the event created a fresh way for locals, visitors, families and dog owners to engage with one of Toowoomba’s most recognised community celebrations.

Working closely with the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers team, RSM refined, coordinated and delivered the operational detail required to bring Paw Parade to life. Our role included supplier liaison, quote coordination, vendor outreach, vendor communication, logistics, run sheets and event-day delivery. From market stalls and parade participants to suppliers, stakeholders and on-site requirements, every moving part was managed with structure and purpose.

The focus was clear: take a new event concept and deliver it with the confidence, detail and coordination needed to make it work from year one.

Key project outcomes include:

  • 4,000+ attendees welcomed to the inaugural Paw Parade in its first year.
  • 200 participating dogs coordinated across the event program and activities.
  • 20 vendors brought together to support a vibrant, family-friendly event.
  • RSM retained as the official event management team for Paw Parade through 2027.
  • 6,000+ attendees expected in 2026, with hundreds of dogs set to participate.

A first-year event delivered with strong community response, clear operational structure and a growth pathway for future Carnival programs.
