Momentum Mental Health strategy project by Round Square Marketing

For the FKG Group Resilience Trek Kokoda 2025, RSM developed the campaign branding, messaging, website and donation platform integration, social media content, PR activity, trekker communications, merchandise, sponsorship deliverables and end-to-end delivery of the Resilience Luncheon. Closely following this project, RSM supported the Momentum Matters campaign, leading the strategic communications approach, digital storytelling, social assets, petition landing page, promotional materials, media coordination and stakeholder outreach.

Across both campaigns, RSM helped Momentum build awareness, engage stakeholders, activate community support and deliver campaign infrastructure that could carry the message across digital, media, events and public-facing channels.

The role was clear: provide the campaign leadership and delivery support Momentum needed when the stakes were high.

Key outcomes include:

  • Helped raise more than $161,000 through the FKG Group Resilience Trek Kokoda 2025 campaign.
  • Supported recruitment and communications for 19 trekkers taking on the 96km Kokoda Track challenge.
  • Delivered a multi-channel campaign spanning branding, website, digital marketing, social media, PR, sponsorship, merchandise and event management.
  • Managed the end-to-end delivery of the Resilience Luncheon, presented by Alpine Refrigeration and featuring adventurer James Castrission.
  • Led the Momentum Matters campaign to support public awareness, advocacy, stakeholder engagement and community action during a critical period for the organisation.
  • Provided outsourced campaign leadership and delivery capacity when internal resources were not available to execute projects of this scale.

Purpose-led campaigns delivered with structure, sensitivity and momentum.

Testimonial

I’ve worked with Round Square Marketing for 10+ years in different capacities as Chairman of Momentum Mental Health, and in my business consulting business Purpa, running events including our Fireside Chat Series as well as campaigns. They have completed a number of fundraising events and campaigns assisting Momentum to raise $200,000+, and even participating personally with Annie completing our latest Kokoda Trek in PNG. They are very strategic thinkers and add significant value to our marketing, branding, communications and campaigns. I can highly recommend RSM to anyone that wants to stand out from their competitors.
