A heritage Goondiwindi hotel reimagined for a new era of hospitality.
O’Shea’s Royal Hotel needed a refreshed identity that honoured its local history while creating a more contemporary, confident and guest-friendly brand experience. RSM delivered a full rebrand, content shoot and website build, bringing new life to one of Goondiwindi’s most recognisable venues.

Our work included brand identity development, a two-day content shoot with models, website strategy, copywriting, design direction and digital rollout. The shoot was carefully planned to capture the full hospitality experience, food, accommodation, bar, gaming, functions, atmosphere and the people behind the venue. Following the success of the O’Shea’s project, RSM was also engaged to brand and build the digital presence for sister hotel, 40 on Marshall, including a dedicated content shoot and new website.
The brief was bigger than a new look. It was about repositioning a regional hospitality brand with clarity and confidence.

Key project outcomes included:
O’Shea’s Royal Hotel now has a stronger platform to promote its accommodation, dining, functions and entertainment offering. Through regular trips to Goondiwindi, detailed content coordination and a practical understanding of regional hospitality, RSM created a visual and written brand system that could carry across multiple venues, websites and customer touchpoints.
A refreshed hospitality brand built for locals, travellers and the next chapter of the business.
