She is revered by clients for her strategic insight, professionalism, no-nonsense approach, and sharp sense of humour.With a career spanning 15 years, across various industries and sectors, Lauren is one of Southern Queensland’s key thought-leaders and innovators of marketing.  She founded the company in 2013 in response to her passion and identification of a gap in the market for innovative, practical, and agile marketing solutions. Today, Lauren spends her working week developing campaign strategies across the entire Round Square Marketing client portfolio.  Working directly with our RSM Strategists to create, implement, adapt and analyse client results.  Her knowledge and experience of not only the industry but also the Toowoomba region is irreplaceable. Understanding the fast-paced nature of marketing, Lauren is responsible for the continual upskilling of team members, diversification and consolidation of skill sets and staying in-front of market conditions to ensure the long term sustainability of RSM. Lauren’s contribution has been recognised by becoming a Finalist in:  The Women in Business Awards (2017), The Australian Institute of Management’s Young Manager of the Year Awards (2013) & and Fairfax Employment Marketing Awards (2011).Optimistic, compassionate, dedicated and fiercely determined – are just a few ways to describe our Director, Lauren Hope.

Her passion for brand and digital marketing has developed from her exceptional experience working for global brands in London, New York City, Melbourne & Sydney. With a career spanning 15 years, Stef has held Senior Marketing positions for esteemed brands including Burberry, French Connection, Review, ASOS, Country Road, Seed Heritage, Jets Swimwear and Women’s AFL. With marketing, brand and digital consulting experience across industries including Real Estate, Legal, Property Development and Medical.Stef has worked with some of world’s defining brands, in fast-paced environments under tough economic conditions. Turning business challenges into compelling creative solutions that hook customers is what Rebeka does best. As our in-house graphic and web designer, she has a passion for creating new and exciting ideas for our clients.Bek has worked as a designer across retail and not-for-profit sectors including RSPCA QLD. Whilst completing a Bachelor of Interactive and Visual Design from Queensland University of Technology, she discovered her passion for web design and technology – undertaking web coding experience in: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java & C++.A passionate and talented designer of print, infographics, web, and sustainable design. Rebeka has an ability to think big picture, whilst swiftly multitasking to meet deadlines.

Taya is our office administration Powerhouse! Our A rising star with an eager desire to expand her knowledge and skills in the marketing industry. She embraces every opportunity to support client success via the delivery of marketing campaigns and assisting with event management.With a budding career of 5 years, working in administrative and marketing support roles. Taya excels in this role, accurately coordinating marketing delivery and client daily needs. As Marketing Coordinator, Grace recognises the value in clear communication and the results that it can achieve for businesses of all sizes when strategically developed to engage.Enthusiastic about digital marketing, visual merchandising and events, Grace has collaborated with companies throughout Australia and the United Kingdom. She is now embarking on a new life chapter in Toowoomba and is excited about relocating from Brisbane.Grace has completed a Bachelor of Mass Communications at the Queensland University of Technology where she honed her creative design skills and developed a savvy understanding for the benefits of strategic social media.Utilising her balance for creativity and analytics, Grace is passionate about design. She has worked with professional photographers and experience in graphic design, ranging from food photography to real estate.During her spare time, you will find Grace feasting in her favourite eating hubs, travelling and exploring new places.

Gina works directly alongside our Director Lauren in ensuring all campaign, project management and event logistics are carried out to and beyond expectations.Gina’s love for event management started during her gap year in the US & Canada, where she was the right-hand woman to the organiser of the USA Cross-Country National Championships.Since then, Gina has graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Sport/Events Management and Marketing. After graduating she returned to her country roots working with multiple businesses across the agriculture industry.She has built strong connections in the agriculture industry and is looking forward to further developing her skills across new industry groups.
