The Vino Valetworked with the RSM team on a number of marketing deliverables. As a new found,female owned business –Kim was enthusiastic about ensuring her digital and content marketing met the expectations of her brand and customer experience. We developed a Custom Marketing Strategy for Kim,as well as implemented Custom Social media Training for her to assist with the day to day management of her promotional output.
We assisted in developing a number of print and digital assets –including an updated brochure,signage,business cards and an EDM template. RSM also designed a suite of social media graphics for Kim to utilise ongoing to ensure consistency in brand output as well as to assist in content creation.
We also managed a full day photo and video shoot on site at Rosalie House to ensure Kim had diverse,relevant and fun content to ensure each marketing deliverable was developed to a high standard.
The largest task to assist with Kim’s social and digital sales funnel success was the design and development of an engaging website. The website was successfully launched to assist Kim in driving local tourism traffic to her site to further research her tours and broader services,along with making booking a tour both simple and interactive.
