The Avenues of Highfields is a residential sub development comprising over 500 lots across 13 stages. Featuring two urban designed parklands, tree-lined streets, as well as the regions first full-scale display village.
We have worked with The Avenues of Highfields for the past five years and our role has been to develop their strategic marketing and sales strategy including whole of project and annual budgets. We also manage the administration of the entire marketing program including digital and graphic design.
