A strategic rebrand roll-out

Round Square Marketing’s brief was to launch the re-brand of Synergy Consolidated to the market, highlighting the new hero brands strategic messaging and competitive advantage within their key service offerings – Synergy Accountants and Synergy Business Finance.

The key project objectives included:

  • Launch new brand identity and website
  • Drive awareness of brand messaging and key service divisions
  • Highlight geographical reach
  • Create a disruption and urgency within the marketplace to work with Synergy Accountants and Synergy Business Finance brands
  • Position the Synergy Consolidated brands as industry, knowledge leaders

To meet these objectives, our team executed a multi faceted campaign incorporating the below:

  • Custom Website development and optimisation across three key brands
  • Complete brand design suite including signage, e-signatures, envelopes, business cards, letterheads, presentation folders, notepads and more!
  • Social Media Ads with multiple targets and creative across various phases of the campaign
  • Organic Social Media campaign, growing in momentum – commencing with brand mystery content through to the complete brand reveal story and client testimonials
  • Video & Photo content including numerous Client testimonials across multiple industries to document breadth of experience
  • EDM Campaigns to current database, from brand teaser content through to brand reveal, building momentum with current clientele
  • Blog articles to previous website to drip feed traffic to social channels prior to brand launch
  • Blog articles to new websites to document teaser and brand reveal content, discussing the why
  • Brand touch points – including custom Coffee Cart for client meetings on and off site, client gifts and general branded merchandise
  • VIP launch event

This strategic brand marketing campaign was delivered throughout February and March 2022, with the initial strategy session taking place in November, 2021. Design prep commenced in January this year, with a tight timeframe for our designer, web developer and marketing strategists – leading into the clients launch event, alongside the simultaneous website launches on March 31st.

Since launch, our clients websites have attracted 1,000’s of visitors as well as increasingly positive feedback from clients and friends.
