The Toowoomba Turf Club originally contracted Round Square Marketing to review,audit and provide recommendations for their inaugural King of the Mountain Horse Race Event. The King of the Mountain is Qld’s Richest Provincial Horse Race. We worked closely with the Turf Club Board and also the event subcommittee to provide a detailed review of their budget,branding,marketing channels,sales funnels,function spaces and the event as a whole. At this point in time they had an idea of what they wanted to achieve but didn’t have a clear direction or strategic event plan.
Round Square Marketing delivered our report and our contract was extended to manage the sales and promotion. This included the redevelopment of their branding suite and creative materials to better align with their target market.
