4 Pink Wheels supporting Protea Place

At Round Square Marketing,we were honoured to collaborate with Amanda and the team at Protea Place on their inaugural 4 Pink Wheels event,dedicated to supporting vulnerable women in the Toowoomba region. Our involvement in this meaningful project was multifaceted,reflecting our commitment to community engagement and social impact.

From the outset,we worked closely with Protea Place to develop key messages that resonated with the community and effectively communicate the urgency and importance of the campaign. Leveraging our expertise in strategic messaging and storytelling,we crafted compelling narratives that inspired action.

We developed a brand for the new initiative,ensuring it had a stand-alone identity for the long term. We also conducted the initial campaign content shoot with hand selected well-known Ambassadors from across the region,curating powerful visuals that captured the essence of the 4 Pink Wheels initiative. Through carefully curated imagery and emotive video storytelling,we sought to evoke empathy and drive engagement among prospective participants and donors.

We provided comprehensive digital marketing support with a saturation approach,leveraging our expertise to craft compelling messaging and design impactful visuals that resonated with the Toowoomba community. From creating engaging social media content to developing attention-grabbing email campaigns,we employed a strategic approach to raise awareness and drive participation in the event.

The RSM team played a pivotal role in designing and developing the event website,ensuring a seamless user experience that facilitated easy registration,donation,and access to essential event information. With a user-friendly interface,the website served as a central hub for all things related to the 4 Pink Wheels campaign,empowering participants and supporters to get involved and make a difference.

We also collaborated closely with Protea Place to coordinate media outreach and public relations efforts,garnering valuable press coverage and amplifying the event’s reach across various channels. Through targeted outreach to local media outlets and strategic partnerships,we generated buzz and excitement surrounding the event,further fuelling momentum and overall engagement.

Throughout the eight-week promotional period,our collective efforts were focused on achieving the campaign’s initial fundraising goal of $100,000. However,thanks to the incredible generosity and support of our community,we exceeded all expectations and raised over $150,0 for displaced women in the region. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the power of collective action and the unwavering commitment of Protea Place’s partners,supporters and community.

Overall,our partnership with Protea Place on the 4 Pink Wheels event highlighted our shared commitment to making a positive impact in our community. Through strategic messaging,compelling visuals,and effective storytelling,we were able to mobilise support,raise awareness,and ultimately,drive meaningful change for women in need. We’re proud to have been part of such a transformative initiative,and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Protea Place!
