Don’t bring me problems,bring me solutions!
Everyday we face problems that’s just the joys of business. And I’m sure my post heading is going to have a lot of HR Managers frowning,however,I believe in this mantra –it was instilled in me from an early age.
I surround myself with a team to alleviate pressure and if I still have to do all the thinking then what opportunity is that providing them?
