Marketing Coordinator
Due to growth in the business we are looking for a talented, confident, self-managing Marketing SUPERSTAR!
You will be responsible for supporting the team, with activity ranging from collateral development, social media, campaigns, events and activities to reporting, as well as maintaining efficient administrative processes.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone dynamic, hard-working and who can work across multiple brands. You will be a fast learner and an excellent communicator, with a solid writing background and possess a strong attention to detail.
You will be highly organised and an administration superstar! This is a support role with the opportunity to become a Marketing Strategist.
You will also meet the following criteria:
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification desirable but not essential
- Strong administration skills, attention to detail and project management
- Experience delivering social media marketing
- Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A creative approach to achieving goals – Think Big.
- Experience in graphic design desirable but not essential. (Adobe Suite)
- A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN!

Graphic Design Coordinator
Some of the tasks you will manage include:
- Develop creative identities for campaigns and implement across multiple channels including EDM’s, social channels, website, brochures, packaging etc.
- Develop logos, brand standards guides and marketing materials.
- Assist with social media copy and scheduling.
- Assist with client photoshoots
- Website management and updates (Website Experience Highly Desirable)
- Assistance with events as required
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years graphic design experience
- University/Tafe Qualified or relevant industry experience
- Intermediate – Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding and experience with both print and digital design
- Be digital savvy with experience in enews campaigns , website development and administration
- Display exceptional time, task management and organisational skills, in particular the capacity to prioritise and effectively manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
- Premiere Pro / video editing skills an advantage but not essential
- Ability to think outside the box
- High level of initiative, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- MS Office experience including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
